Lentil Soup

Ingredients:
1 pound of lentils
2-2 onions chopped
3- 2 carrots chopped
4- 1 potato chopped
5- 1 bunch of swiss chard, chopped
6- 1 lemon.
7- olive oil
Cut all the ingredients
Combine all the ingredients together with water and cover
Boil for 30 Minutes
Add a spoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt and cumin
When the soup is getting almost complete, squeeze 1 lemon or to your liking
Very easy recipe and full of iron!
