Ingredients
1 pound of Garbanzo beans
Wash and soaked overnight with warm water
1/2 cup of sesame tahini
1 lemon
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cumin
Steps:
(1) First you boil the hummus until well done
(2) Rinse the hummus after boiling, with no water
(3) Add crushed ice over it in the mixer
(4) 1/4of cup ice and mixed it well
(5) Pour the Tahini over the hummus and crushed ice
(6) Squeeze 1 lemon or a1/2 one
(7) Taste it before you cutting squeeze the other half of lemon.
(8) Put the ingredients in a bowl
(9) Leave some pieces hummus
(10) To garnish, add olive oil
Finally! You can eat it with pita bread or crackers
